Upon arrival I recieved a great welcome (all the luggage was transported to the boat while I was at Francoi's at the itinerary breefing). Got many priceless tips. Then right away I attended a tech breefing with Oliver, who knew the boat and her systems perfectly. He answered all my questions and gave me one priceless tip about offboards. The boat was in great condition (engines, steering, appliance, offboard). A couple of my requests were handled immediately. All my questions during the sailing week I was able to address directly to Oliver in whatsapp. They were answered immediately and helpfully.

Pessima assistenza

La Marina Yacht Charter ha dimostrato una scarsissima professionalita e attenzione al cliente. Alla partenza l'imbarcazione aveva seri problemi con l'autopilota che non funzionava bene e l'armatore prima ha cercato di minimizzare e poi nonostante fossimo rientrati in porto non e' riuscito a risolvere il problema. Il giorno dopo il motore dell'imbarcazione si e'fermato e non e' piu ripartito. In questo caso l'armatore ha cercato di dare la colpa a noi sostenendo che il motore si fosse fermato per mancanza di carburante mentre il carburante era ancora abbondante e poi si e' rifiutato di condividere le spese di riparazione che avevamo dovuto sostenere. Vi sono strati poi una serie di altri problemi tra cui il carrello della randa avvolgibile che era completamente bloccato.
