Siamo Salpati da Sukosan il giorno 6 luglio 2024 per una vacanza di 7 gg. Ormai conosciamo bene la zona per cui ci muoviamo con facilità fra le isole sempre alla scoperta di nuove baie dove potre buttare un ancora e fare un bagno in completo relax. La comodità di navigare in un arcipelago formato da centinaia di isole offre la possibilità di gestire la giornata sempre al meglio. Da anni mi appoggio a Marenauta per la prenotazione della barca e devo dire che fino ad oggi non hanno sbagliato un colpo. Barche sempre nuove e ben tenute.

Prijem za preuzimanje plovila je bio izvrstan i susretljiv. Tijekom plovidbe savjeti iznajmljivača su bili uvijek dostupni. Plovilo je dobro opremljeno osim malog nedostatka u smislu fiksnog kuhala. Sve ostalo je bilo u redu.

Bilo je fantasticno iskustvo od pocetka do kraja,marenauta agencija je fantasticna odgovaraju na sva pitanja jako brzo. Mnogo su mi znacile njihove instrukcije i pomoc pri odabiru broda. Gde god smo bili, da li na vezu u marini, na bovi ili na sidru: prelepa iskustva sa divnim ljudima,dugogodišnje druženje već iz detinstva se iz gofine u godinu nastavlja i postaje lepše i lepše, jako opušteno krstarenje i ako ponekad bura digne more i talasi zaklate brod na vožnji do drge uvale ili sigurne luke, iskusni mornari i tad vide nešto lepo u tome..., jedino negativno, i to je svske gidine tako, već dada nas boli srce da moramo da napustimo ovaj način života i da se vratimo u našu svakodnevnicu...

Like every year we took this trip i September. This time we started out from Marina Trogir, sailed all the way to Korčula and back. Had some issue with smoke coming out of exhaust, but after consultation with base manager we continued further. Had no other issues with the boat, everything was pretty much ok with a boat of that age. We did not get much wind during these 6 days so we mostly did motoring while not anchored and fishing.

Catamaran Lagoon Lagoon 42 - 4 + 2 cab. In 2018, it was in excellent condition. There were a few small things that are not worth mentioning. The charter staff did a great job and were always at our disposal, kudos to yacht charter! If your base is in Biograda or nearby, you must visit Telascica, Kornate, Kaprije, Murter and Vrgada. Definitely to recommend the region, the charter as well as the vessel.

Very professional team, great catamaran

Big thanks to Marenauta Croatia, for their huge flexibility in the pandemic crises, it was only due to their flexibility (allowing us to finally decide 2 weeks in advance only, this was important as we were from different European states with different movement restrictions), that made our sailing possible, in particular, due to the last-minute information that our boat, which was supposed to be new (2020), didn't arrive due to pandemic and travel restrictions. We got a fantastic catamaran, clean, big, sufficiently equipped. Also, the skipper was very professional and easy-going, and perfectly speaking English. We sailed from Biograd towards Vis, Hvar.

Nessuna assistenza all ormeggio in marina

Barca molto bella ed equipaggiata, peccato che la vacanza è stata rovinata all'arrivo in marina, con vento al traverso di 15-18 nodi molo esposto, non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna assistenza all'ormeggio, in altre marine c’è il gommone in acqua e personale a terra che partecipa all'ormeggio, abbiamo telefonato avvisando il nostro arrivo ma abbiamo trovato il personale fermo sul molo…servizio pessimo.

Der technische Zustand des Bootes war mangelhaft. Das Auslaufen verzögerte sich infolge defekter Steuerung um Stunden. Nach Reperatur mussten wir nach 2 sm feststellen, dass der Autopilot nicht funktionierte und somit immer einer am Ruder sitzen musste - bei einem Segeltörn eine erhebliche Einschränkung.

During the guest's departure, an issue was encountered with maneuvering the vessel. The root of the problem stemmed from our maintenance activities a day earlier, specifically the inspection and disassembly of the autopilot system. During this process, an unnoticed shift occurred within the steering mechanism. As soon as the guest began sailing and the issue became evident, our team immediately identified and promptly resolved it.

In the subsequent days, the client reported no further difficulties. Moreover, upon his return, he expressed satisfaction to our staff, stating that everything during his trip had been excellent. To make amends for the inconvenience caused, we extended the courtesy of allowing the client to return on Saturday morning as compensation. It's important to note that the initial issue was effectively resolved within the standard 24-hour timeframe designated for such situations.

We hope that this report clarifies the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Der Empfang und Instruktion bei Angelina in Tribunj war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Woche auf der Seamaster "Good Times" war ein Traum. Leider hat es während Sturm auf der Fly ein Polster weggewindet. Die dafür verrechneten 350.- EUR erachten wir als Frechheit. Richtig fixieren mit Klett wäre eine Alternative.

Purtroppo non posso dirmi soddisfatto dello yacht a vela noleggiato: un Oceanis 48 (nome Ultra Dubrovnik) del 2015 in cattivo stato di manutenzione. 1) Arriviamo alla Marina Pomer con il cattivo tempo: subito dopo il ceckin inizia a piovere abbondantemente e rileviamo che entra acqua dagli osteriggi di una delle cabile di prua e di quello nella dinette sopra il quadro elettrico con forti gocciolamenti che ci costringono a mettere secchi di raccolta e impiegare le salviette appena ricevute per asciugare le pozze d'acqua. Ci dicono che il problema è causato dalle guarnizioni che non tengono (sic!).Per fortuna dopi un paio do ore la perturbazione passa. 2) prima di lasciare il Marina mi accorgo che il boma è attaccato all'amantiglio per un sottilissimo filetto della cima di ritenuta completamente usurata (vedi foto), prossima a spezzarsi con conseguente rischio di caduta del boma sulla coperta e di infortuni per l'equipaggio (problema poi risolto dal personale). 3) sul lato di dritta della battagliola mi accorgo che una maglia del cavetto di acciaio di cui è composta è rotta e un moncone esce perpendicolare con grave rischio di farsi del male se impugnata in quel punto (vedi foto) . Fortuna che me ne sono accorto avvisando l'equipaggio di fare attenzione. 4) Alla prima occasione di messa in acqua del tender ci siamo accorti che una sezione gonfiabile era bucata, estratto il soffietto a pedale ci siamo accorti che la cannetta era parzialmente tagliata con conseguente fuoriuscita di aria, altra rottura in corrispondenza della valvola del soffietto. 5 Dalla parete del bagno della cabina di poppa fuoriusciva di parecchi millimetri una punta di metallo verosimilmente di una vite con grave rischio di farsi del male; 6 Importanti infiltrazioni di acqua e carburante nel vano motore ( al chekin mi avevano avvisato che effettivamente nel vano motore vi era presenza di sola acqua di cui però non avevano trovato la causa (dovendo provvedere ai noleggi?: ndr) ma ci era stato detto di non preoccuparci in quanto sarebbe entrata automaticamente in funzione la pompa di sentina ! Effettivamente ogni 20 min. circa la poma di sentina , molto rumorosa, entrava in funzione per pochi secondi ma sufficienti per impedire il regolare sonno all'equipaggio, Al rientro alla base a fine charter il personale addetto ha estratto dal vano motore circa 25 litri di acqua e molto gasolio!!! la cui presenza per tutta la settimana ha reso praticamente impossibile dormire nelle cuccette di poppa per la forte puzza. 7) scarsa pulizia della banca nella zona dinette (l'area cucina era invasa dalle formiche). 8) IL fischietto di ritenuta del genoa con vento forte e fiocco ridotto non teneva sotto raffica (25 Knm circa) e pertanto il fiocco si srotolava completamente creando situazioni di potenziale pericolo. 9) I 2 monconi delle pagaie del tender erano tenuti insieme nel punto di aggancio dal grey tape: in una delle due tuttavia il grey trape celava l'insidia di un punteruolo di ferro/acciaio sommariamente usato quale "coppiglia" di tenuta dei due monconi. Fortunatamente nessuno dell'equipaggio ha impugnato la pagaia in quel punto essendomi accorto della sua presenza. Bisognava prestare attenzione inoltre ad afferrare la corda di tenuta laterale del tender stante la presenza degli anelli di metallo accartocciati e fuori posizione con cui ci si poteva fare del mane (foto). 10) mancanza della chiave per lo svitamento dei tappi di acciaio del carburante, di dimensione diversa da quelli per l'acqua apribili usando le maniglie dei winches. (per rifare il pieno alla riconsegna abbiamo dovuto chiederne una in prestito a terzi). Buone le vele, e ottimo il funzionamento del motore del tender sempre partito al primo colpo... Personale gentile ma come detto poco attento ai "particolari".

We always advise our guests to call the support number upon check-in, as soon as they notice a problem on board. The contact number is noted in the boat papers and is available to our guests 24/7.

Unfortunately, the guests did not contact us during their stay on board nor did they point out to us most of the problems listed here. The windows were not closed properly, which caused water to enter. A dinghy is in good condition, and the boat has a winch handle and a winch key that open all, water and fuel caps on the boat. Also, there is no saltwater entering on the boat. At check-out, about 15 liters of fresh water were found in and around the engine compartment, which probably accumulated due to incorrect use of the cockpit shower (the water continued to flow due to the squeezed handle on the shower head when it was incorrectly returned to its place after use).

Clients could have avoided most problems and enjoyed more on the sea if they had just called the support number and asked for advice.

Great sailing week on board of "Sailor Moon"

Denis Vukash, the base manager in Dubrovnik, is very pleasant, with nice attitude, makes sure by himself all issues are solved. "Sailor Moon" is maintained very well - engines, instruments, running rigging - all was in a great condition. ICA Marina Komolac is a lovely place with a pool, a park, a supermarket and many restaurants, where my crew relaxed while I was busy.

Angelina è uno delle più grandi società di charter della Croazia con centinaia di barche. La nostra era una barca del 2018 e l'attrezzatura era abbastanza usurata. In particolare abbiamo scoperto che lo sprayhood era rotto e non restava aperto. Alcune cime erano usurate e in generale la barca era pulita ma l'odore non era dei migliori. L'unica altra pecca è stato il check-in: troppo veloce per permettere di navigare capire la barca e navigare in sicurezza e soprattutto verificare che tutto fosse funzionante (vedi sprayhood)

We informed our base about it, and requested the report from them.
They have informed us that during the charter they did not receive any report about issues on sprayhood, not request for an intervention. Once clients returned for the check-out, they stated the screws on the sprayhood were loose and made the repair on spot.
There was no complaint regarding the cleaning during the check-in or during the charter, only when clients came back.
They only informed the base about their opinion the check-in was done to fast.

Una bellissima esperienza, la barca era in perfette condizioni come nuova. Il supporto della base di Marina Boatic è stato al massimo livello. Ha avuto un problema di una perdita ad una tubazione acqua calda ed al navigatore Garmin. Contattata alla sera la base il giorno dopo alle 09.00 il tecnico era a bordo ed ha risolto i problemi in 45 minuti.

Der Service von Marenauta Sukosan war super, bei kleinen Problemchen wurde telefonisch geholfen, bei größeren Problemen waren die Mitarbeiter sofort bereit zum Boot zu fahren (in unserem Fall half konnten wir uns selbst noch helfen). Leider hatte unser Boot ein Problem mit der Batterie und am letzten Tag funktionierten paar Sachen nicht mehr.

Era una bella barca.. con un po' di anni ma un ottimo servizio

Il Gib Sea 51 e' una bella barca ed una vera barca a vela (non come altre che sono "ottimizzate" per il charter ed hanno poche vele); questo aveva i suoi annetti ed un po' si vedeva. L'ultimo giorno si e' rotto il motore ma ce la siamo cavata a vela ed Angelina e' venuta subito con un gommone ad aggiustarlo. Tutto bene, riprenderemmo una barca con Angelina senza problemi.

Alle Im Voraus vereinbarten Absprachen wurden 1:1 eingehalten und wir übernahmen eine fast nagelneue Bavaria C42. Das Schiff war top ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber und professionell zur Übergabe an uns vorbereitet. Tolles Team vor Ort, jederzeit gerne bereit, zur Seite zu stehen. Auch die Rückgabe war sehr gut organisiert und verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

Angelina Charter ha offerto un ottimo servizio sia nel check in, come nel check out: personale molto disponibile e altamente professionale. Unico neo, servizi e strutture del Marina sono sottodimensionate rispetto alla ressa dei "charteristi". Troppo caro il parcheggio auto. Ottima la barca, decisamente "marina", risponde molto bene al vento ed è maneggevole anche in manovra.

Ottima vacanza con una Bavaria 56 dall'abitabilità eccezionale. Qualche problema per la tenuta degli oblo che lasciavano passare acqua e stavano in sede con lo scotch (fornitoci dal Charter). Anche la pulizia della barca, quando ci è stata consegnata, non era certamente delle migliori Abbastanza costosi gli ormeggi nei Marina (...a Slano per una notte ci hanno chiesto 200,00 euro). Sehr freundliches Team! Der Base Manager Marin Kulaš ist äußerst kompetent und kümmert sich um schnelle Problemlösungen. Hatten nach ein paar Tagen ein kleines Problem, weil ein Zylinder bei dem Aussenborder plötzlich nicht mehr zündete- dadurch schlechtere Leistung momentan. Das kann halt passieren- wurde aber prompt angeschaut und repariert. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

1. Check-in time:

Regarding the check-in, the official boarding and takeover of the yacht is from 17.00 h. Our team is doing their best to manage all and make sure you can start your journey as planned, but in some cases, or days, there are more clients who need more attention and more explaining to do, as they can be inexperienced, or have more questions. Therefore there may be more time spent on explaining all in details, as it is our duty to minimize any possibility of damages on board and safety risks. However, our records indicate that you arrived before the scheduled check-in time and had not pre-paid for an early check-in. While we understand that waiting with a young child can be frustrating, we hope you understand that we must adhere to our standard procedures to ensure a fair experience for all our guests.

2. Boat condition:

If you experienced having issues on the boat your duty as the skipper is to report immediately any issue or defect on board, so our team can either help you immediately.

3. Hospitality:

We strive to provide excellent customer service to all our guests. We regret that you felt our team was inhospitable. Our colleagues in the base did offer you complimentary stand up paddle or towels as a gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately, you declined.

Regarding the comfort of the boat and the cockpit cushions that the client received, we agree that they are not as comfortable as the original one. We are sorry if he expected more luxurious equipment, but on our website, as well as on the agency's website, there are pictures and a description of the boat that correspond to the actual condition, and we believe that the client was timely informed about the inventory and equipment of the boat. After we consulted with the base manager and the technical staff who were in direct contact with the clients during the handover, we received information that at one point an unpleasant smell was felt on the ship from stagnant water in the pipes and not from full waste tanks. After the client complained about the unpleasant smell, the staff at the base immediately intervened and solved the problem.
The practice is for clients to fill in the feedback they leave for us at check-out so that we can see their impressions and ratings for our service. We always try to make it at the highest level, respecting the standards we have set and which we believe will meet the client's expectations. Unfortunately, the client did not leave a completed feedback, and we are sorry for that, because in this way we would have had the opportunity to clarify his dissatisfaction and the relatively bad rating related to the "Charter" section. The rating 3/5, which refers to the helpfulness of the employees, their kindness and assistance, is not what we can be satisfied with, because we believe that this service must be unquestionable and at the highest level. If there were any omissions or the client felt unkindness or unprofessionalism from our staff, we apologize for that.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir haben über Marenauta für zwei Wochen ein Motorboot bei Angelina Yachtcharter gebucht. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld durch Marenauta war prima. Alle nötigen Angaben konnten wir mit dem sehr freundlichen Service per Mail abstimmen. Und auch das Boot von Yachtcharter entsprach genau den Angaben. Wirklich alles Notwendige war an Bord, das Boot war sauber und ordentlich und hat uns zwei Wochen lang zurverlässig gute Dienste geleistet. Auch das Personal von Yachtcharter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in der Inselwelt der Kornaten und werden gerne wieder über Marenauta/Yachtcharter buchen.

Ottima vacanza peccato per il tender

L'imbarcazione era bella e comoda anche se mancava l'inverter, cosa che davo per scontata su un catamarano di 46 piedi. L'unico inconveniente è stato rimanere in panne con il tender in mezzo al mare, certo che il giorno successivo sono intervenuti ma per due giorni su sei non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il tender, un bel fastidio per un catamarano con nove persone a bordo.

Una soluzione ottima per andare in vela in Croazia

La partenza in barca dalla Marina di Lussinpiccolo è un'ottima soluzione per visitare con calma la parte nord della Croazia anche in una sola settimana. Piccola Marina, molto confortevole, non affollata, ottimo servizio della società di noleggio, barche in ottimo stato. Decismante più rilassante delle grandi marine affollate di arrivi e partenza. Briefing, check-in check-out rapido e semplice. Potete comodamante riservare il posto auto alla marina, adiacente alla barca (comodissimo) a 10 euro al giorno. Ampia scelta di supermercati in zona per fare cambusa. Rifornimento carburante può comodamante essere fatto al rientro alla stazione della Marina. Potete rientrare il mattino stesso della consegna senza essere obbligati a dormire ultima notte nel porto. Rade e gavitelli in tutta la regione, potete fare passaggi momentanei nei vari porti (con pochi costi) per rifornimenti, servizi ed altre necessità per poi passare tutte le notti in rada.

Bella barca e ottima assistenza a terra

Con la mia famiglia ed una coppia di amici abbiamo noleggiato per una settimana AIR TIME 3, la barca è ben tenuta, completa di tutto quanto occorre per passare delle belle giornate in mare. Molto buona l'organizzazione e l'assistenza in Marina e soprattutto Alfred che si è distinto per cortesia ed efficienza anche quando ci siamo accorti che non c'era la bombola del gas di scorta a bordo e ci ha immediatamente raggiunto permettendoci di continuare la vacanza senza intoppi.

Il peggior charter con cui fino ad ora abbiamo avuto a che fare. Già il check-in è iniziato in maniera problematica, con l'addetto molto frettoloso e poco incline alle nostre domande. La barca inoltre è in cattivo stato di manutenzione. Le principali manovre risultavano durissime e le cime non scorrevano bene. Il fiocco per essere arrotolato aveva bisogno del winch. I reef non scorrevano liberamente. In cabina c'era uno specchio rotto, uno sportello pericolante ed un fondo di un mobiletto divelto. Le batterie servizi erano completamente esauste e duravano poche ore. I filtri del troppo pieno delle acque nere erano completamente otturati. Il frigo non raffreddava in quanto aveva buona parte delle guarnizioni mancanti. Il segnavento in testa d'albero si bloccava. Il pistone dello specchio di poppa era completamente rotto e per alzarlo ed abbassarlo ci voleva uno sforzo sovraumano. Il volume reale della riserva di acqua non era conforme a quanto dichiarato sulla scheda tecnica. Inoltre al checkout, ci hanno fatto pagare 8€ perchè secondo loro il serbatoio non era pieno, anche se l'indicatore digitale segnava 100%. Insomma, un charter molto superficiale e poco attento.

We have requested a report from our base and provide it below:

Everything went well during the check-in, and our team provided all the information to the clients and answered all the questions.
One of the information that is provided to the clients at the check-in concerns also the fuel tank and obligatory refueling at the end of the charter.
They have been informed as well what is the procedure in case the fuel tank would not be returned full, as it was received at the check-in.

Once the clients can back to the base, they came to the office to return the boat documents and to finish the check-out procedure.
There was a damage on the thruster propellers, and there were missing 4l of the fuel.

Our colleague informed there was an issue with indicator reading, so they had to do double check, and stated there were 4 litres missing which he then added to the tank.
The missing 4l were charged, as part of regular, and previously explain procedure when refueling is needed, after which skipper's wife reffered to our office staff member as being rude for charging it.

The mirror on the yacht was damaged by the clients who were previously on board. Replacement mirror was ordered and it was arranged to be set on board once the yacht returned to the base.

Clients were informed about it by our technician in charge, and clients took picture of it and sent it to the base via email once the check-in was done.
Regarding the flok, as the sail is big, the closing system is on winch, and regarding the fridge, clients did not report any issue during the charter and there were no problems with it.
The water tank was full, as our colleague checked at the check-in and check-out, and the batteries are working properly.
We must add that clients did not contact the base during the charter, and at the check-out they informed everything was fine.

We do hope that client did enjoy their sailing time!

Sehr schönes Boot, komfortabler Hafen (sehr gute Sanitäranlagen, alle notwenigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar, kurze Wege) und sehr gute Betreuung bei Buchung und vor Ort! Parken ist noch nicht optimal organisiert, wurde aber vor Ort vom Vermieter eine gute Lösung gefunden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

In Biograd ist man schnell am Flughafen oder in Zadar. Es gibt keine kostenlose Parkplätze, aber für rund 20 € die Woche kann man ein Ticket für die Parkzone in der Stadt kaufen bzw.beim Touristinfo gegenüber. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen könnten besser sein, sehr provisorisch. Größere Einkäufe muss man mit dem Auto erreichen. Ansonsten direkt in der Innenstadt, Café, Restaurant, Bäcker etc... Tankstelle gegenüber oft sehr voll, muss man richtigen Zeitpunkt wählen. Die Strandpromeande ist aber sehr schön. Alles aber aushaltbar und immer eine Frage des Preises.

Both check-in and check-out very efficient and professional. Boat was clean and all accessories on board. Boat was overall in good condition with the exception of (i) winch handles, which were very worn and hard to insert and remove from winches and (ii) one of the winches which was not working in the fast direction.

La vacanza è stata super - la Croazia a vela è magnifica. La barca molto bene. La policy dell'armatore discutibile: 1. Ho fatto il pieno al rientro in porto ma quando ho consegnati la barca sono venuti con una tanica a riempire proprio al limite e mi hanno fatto pagare i 4 litri in più.... eh sì, perché avendo fatto 130 litri di benzina volevo proprio fregare i 4 litri... 2. Il fuoribordo del tender ha funzionato 2 giorni su 15 e non mi hanno voluto dare alcun rimborso.

Our base gave us the feedback regarding this matter.

We have an intervention team that can solve all the technical issue on board during the charter.
Client unfortunately did not contact us at all, or complain there was an issue with outboard engine.
At the check-out it was stated that there was a broken window that was charged accordingly, and there were 14 litres (not 4 litres) of fuel still missing,
that was charged as well, but without the refueling service, that is usually charged according to the procedure.

We would like to thank you once more for providing us with the feedback as it helps us to improve and ensure we provide the best service possible to the clients.

Il charter si è dimostrato molto efficiente e cortese e aiutati da un tempo metereologico stupendo non abbiamo avuto nessun problema, tranne un fusibile dell'elica di prua. Per il resto, nonostante fossimo 10 persone la prima settimana e 8 persone la seconda siamo stati comodissimi. Insomma tutto OK

We are deeply sorry that cleanliness rate is low.

We pay special attention to this segment, though some omissions are possible.

We are sorry the client did not reach out to our base staff at the check-in regarding this issue, as we would send our cleaning team to check all and eliminate any issue concerning the client. This way, we did not have a chance to fix all before clients sailed out.

We do still hope he enjoyed his sailing time on our sailing yacht!
